Gestió Immobiliària Puigmar, S.L. is a professional office that since 1981 is dedicated to the whole management of real estate and buildings in general in Barcelona and surroundings.

The office workteam is composed by five people. Among them Administrators of real estate and buildings who are members of  the Association of Buuilding Administrators of Barcelona-Lleida and with higher education degrees and bachelor in the main scopes releted to the real estate management: economy, law and technical architecture.

The main services offered are the following: 

• The Real Estate Property Admnistration 
• The commercialization of properties for rent use
• The sale of properties
• The Property Owners'Administration

Office hours:

Monday to Thursday:    from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (morning) and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. (afternoon)

Friday:                        from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  (morning) and from 4:00 pm to 5:00 p.m. (afternoon)

From 1st July to 15th September: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

August: closed for vacations and attention to urgent incidents.
